What Is The Blueprint?

The Blueprint is our framework and plan for our many ministries in our church. The Blueprint outlines who are leaders, the teams they oversee, and the goal of each ministry. This helps us not only as a church but it also will help our current family and new families to come know who we are and what we represent

Senior Pastor

Responsible for the spiritual leadership and welfare of the church and members. Casts the vision and mission for the church and sets the overall direction of church programs. Provides leadership and actively participates in worship, education, discipleship and evangelism for the spiritual life and growth of members. Originates and presents services of worship, administers and leads the pastoral ministry of the church, has overall responsibility for the church staff, and represents the congregation in church and community affairs. Teaches discipleship, leadership, prayer, evangelism, fellowship and ministry. Meets regularly with Lead Adjutant, Elder/Associate Minister/Pastor and Team Leads.

Operations and Organization Team Lead

Oversees the volunteer specific ministries of the church. Assists with the creation and updates of church policies and procedures.  Assists ministry leaders in identifying and recruiting people to fill positions according to their interests and dedication. Works with ministry leaders to implement processes and procedures on their teams. Helps to support and recognize volunteers. Meets regularly with Lead Adjutant, Pastor and other Team Leads.

Lead Adjutant

Directly assists and advises the Pastor while intentionally creating and maintaining a positive atmosphere.  Organizes and executes all service and non-service protocol matters regarding the Pastor and/or under the direction of the Pastor. Often works with highly confidential information or conflict situations. Liaison between the Pastor and all ministries, organizations, members and guests of the church. Meets regularly with Pastor, Elder/Associate Minister/Pastor and Team Leads.

Ministry Team Lead

Spiritual Experience Team Lead

Gives spiritual guidance to church members and advises them on scriptural meditation and an unceasing relationship with God. Disciples ministry partners on how to walk in the power of the Holy Spirit and how to grow in prayerful dependence on God. Additionally, teaches members to  embrace the grace and truth of the Gospel while pursuing character growth.  Models are aligned with the TWC vision and mission. Enthusiastically represents the culture of our local assembly. Meets with Lead Pastor and other Team Leads.

Culture & People Experience Team Lead

The Culture and People Experience Team Lead is responsible for leading, developing, creating, and implementing strategies that highlight the core cultural values of the church, while also fostering growth and engagement during a person’s journey at the Winners Circle. This role covers the overall experience the church exudes to both new and current members. This ministry manages and ensures the quality of how the members, visitors and staff experience the atmosphere, climate of worship and overall environment at TWC. Culture and People Experience model Incorporating the vision, mission, moral institutions and beliefs of our organization. Liaison between the Pastor, Lead Adjutant and all ministries listed under the Team Lead. Meets with Pastor and other Team Leads.

Creative Arts Team Lead

Responsible for the music program of the church. Works closely with the Pastor and worship leader in planning of worship services or church events. Selects and supervises the activities of worship leaders, organists, pianists and other musicians. Recruits singers and musicians for regular or special musical programs. Directs pit musicians during worship services and events. Works to promote artistic expressions that help the congregation experience the presence of the Holy Spirit.  Utilizes the "arts as well as the spiritually and musically appropriate resources to enhance the impact and creativity of our worship experiences. Provides directional leadership for consistent sound quality from pulpit leader(s) and live mix sound for band/vocals at services and events. Provides programming oversight and develops plans that manage the use of personnel and resources in the worship, audio and visual areas.Meets regularly with the Pastor/Team and other Team Leads.
