Operations & Organization

Administrative Team

Responsible for providing administrative support to the church leadership. Schedules appointments, maintains calendars, screens phone calls and visitors, coordinates special events and projects, prepares reports, drafts correspondence, and maintains office files. Meets with and reports to Organization Team Lead.

 

Finance Team

Responsible for maintaining the financial records of the church. Processes payroll for church staff, prepares deposits, disburses payments and prepares financial statements, reports and tax statements. Meets with and reports to Organization Team Lead.

Deacons Ministry

Responsible for assisting with the ministry to the saints, edifying the body of Christ and lightening the load for the care and well being of the faith community. Being a watchman for the church, conducts hospital and shut-in visits, assists with altar work and baptism, serves holy communion, and is always ready and willing to assist as needed. Meets with and reports to Organization Team Lead.

Events 

Responsible for planning and coordinating events. Manages and oversees the event from start to finish. Handles logistics: directing event set up and take-down, communicating with volunteers, coordinating with others within the organization, organizing vendors, managing tentative budgets, compiling post event presentation reports. Meets with and reports to Organization Team Lead.

Hospitality

Responsible for providing a welcoming environment during events. Promotes an atmosphere of love, acceptance, comfort, support, care and unity for visitors, members, guests and friends, in order to enhance their worship experience. Assists with general event management.  Meets with and reports to Organization Team Lead.

Facilities Manager

Responsible for the maintenance of the church buildings, grounds, and equipment. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of all mechanical and building equipment, including heating and air conditioning. Responsible for coordinating the room and equipment set-up for all church functions and maintenance staff, but is capable of performing many repairs and doing preventative maintenance. Meets with and reports to Organization Team Lead.

Security Manager

Manages interior and exterior building security. Provides protection for  all people attending services and events. Deters, de-escalates and resolves any issues that may arise before, during or after services and/or events to ensure the safest possible environment. Recruits volunteers for security. Assists in any emergencies such as medical, fire, natural disasters, etc. Meets with and reports to Organization Team Lead.
