Spiritual Experience Lead

Gives spiritual guidance to church members and advises them on scriptural meditation and an unceasing relationship with God. Disciples ministry partners on how to walk in the power of the Holy Spirit and how to grow in prayerful dependence on God. Additionally, teaches members to embrace the grace and truth of the Gospel while pursuing character growth. Models are aligned with the TWC vision and mission. Enthusiastically represents the culture of our local assembly. Meets with Lead Pastor and other Team Leads.
Christian Education
Responsible for the planning and implementation of the TWC Educational Curriculum and overall development for the entire congregation. Evaluates membership and partner needs and produces content to serve God’s people. Recruits, trains and motivates educational staff. Selects teaching materials and supplies. Plans and implements special programs and events. Meets with and reports to Spiritual Experience Team Lead.
Intercessory Prayer
Leading and coordinating prayer for the spiritual support, protection, guidance and direction of the Pastor and church body as a whole. Leading and coordinating prayer for special requests, events, etc. with divine guidance based on the Scriptures Meets with and reports to Spiritual Experience Team Lead.
Altar Workers
Responsible for protecting the sanctity of the altar while people are praying or being prayed for by offering tissue, water or modesty cloth. Assist the Pastor & other leaders who are praying for others. Assist in monitoring the aisle to eliminate congestion and distractions around the altar. Meets with and reports to Organization Team Lead.
